Glowen has over 15 years’ experience working in the development sector in two continents. This includes technical expertise and experience in program design and management, research, monitoring and evaluation. Glowen has worked extensively with civil society, governments, media, and other interlocutors on issues of human rights, community development, social protection, governance, better environment, citizens’ voice, inclusion and participation. Her work experience spans from the grassroots to the national and international levels. She has lead policy engagements at the local, regional, national and international levels. Glowen is an excellent interactive facilitator and passionate about transformative solutions for inclusive development
Glowen has a master’s degree in business administration from the Edinburgh Business School and is a Draper-Hills Fellow of Stanford University (Center for Democratic Development and Rule of Law), USA.
